Abstract

This study describes a quick synthesis (5-10 min) of Centimeter-scale MoS₂ thin films on Si/SiO₂ substrates by a novel pulsed laser irradiation method. Meanwhile, simultaneous doping of noble metal (Au, Pt, Pd) can be realized through this method.
