Design of Filters for Two Widely Separated Spectral Regions

Abstract

In a previous paper1 a systematic method was described for the design of antireflection coatings which act simultaneously in two widely separated spectral regions. Examples were given of antireflection coatings that were effective in the visible and in the infrared for a number of different substrate materials.
