Nonlinear Optical Coating Indices and Thickness Measured by Spectroscopic Ellipsometry

Abstract

Nonlinear optical coatings, oriented doped polymers, can be used in guided optics multiplexer devices. Ordinary and extraordinary indices are characterized by spectroscopic ellipsometry.
