Abstract

Most of optical thin films have large internal stresses. Some mechanical stability of thin film applications are under the influence of the stresses. On the other hand, these thin films have so many pores because of their columnar structures. It is well known the optical properties of the films are changed by intruding water vapor and heat cycles in vacuum and atmosphere1.
