Abstract

In 2012, the production of LMJ sol-gel anti-reflective coatings has started in a dedicated facility. Two coating specifications shall be checked in the production line: the coatings defects and the transmittance on full scale parts. This paper describes the metrology equipments installed in the sol-gel building in order to measure the coatings performances by complying with the rate of production.
