Abstract
Many organic polymeric materials have been developed that possess electro-optic coefficients exceeding that of LiNbO3 [1]. These materials lend themselves to incorporation within Fabry-Perot structures to form an electro-optic modulator [2], with potential for high modulation speeds and a wide range of commercially viable applications which are enabled by their ease of processing.
