Abstract
High resolution fluorescent calcium signal imaging was used to reveal more cortex areas in clusters. Using large size images for function connection analysis encounter large time consumption and insufficient computer memory. A new approach based on spatial analysis could rapidly extract different cortical activity motifs alternate over the time series.
