Abstract
Simulation work on semiconductor optical amplifier based all-optical wavelength conversion is presented. Parameters that distinguish between the inverted and non-inverted-in-logic wavelength conversion are investigated. ER is positive for non-inverted and negative for inverted-in-logic wavelength conversion.
