Optomechanical generation of quantum macroscopic coherence

Abstract

We consider a linear Fabry-Perot empty cavity with one fixed partially reflecting end mirror and one perfectly reflecting mirror, which can move (undergoing harmonic oscillations) under the influence of radiation pressure.
