Abstract
Supercritical fluid (SCF) of a matter is usually produced under femtosecond laser ablation of metal and semiconductor materials.1 Optical characteristics of a SCF are gradually changed during adiabatic flow of the initially hot and pressurized fluid. In the case multilayered structure (air-SCF-condensed matter) occurs followed by optical interference phenomena (f.e. “Newton rings”).1 Rough estimations of optical constants exhibited insulating character of a SCF phase for a number of metal and semiconductor materials.1
