Abstract
The performance of quantum dot (QD) light-emitting diodes (QLEDs) is strongly influenced by the electron-hole balance injected into the QD emissive layer. Unbalanced injection of charge carriers leads to poor efficiency and efficiency roll-off at high current density due to Auger recombination. Here, we demonstrate efficient full-color and white QLEDs by employing an inverted device structure.
