Abstract
During pregnancy, monitoring serum choline level is important to prevent prenatal neural tube defects. H2O2, produced by choline-choline oxidase reaction, reduces MnO2 nanosheets on the optical sensor, thereby detecting choline indirectly. Sensor's LOD is 0.5pM.
