High-Speed Pyroelectric Detector for THz Sensing and Spectroscopy

Abstract

Pyroelectric infrared detectors are used in spectroscopy at relatively high modulation frequencies and long wavelengths out to THz. This paper describes a robust detector that provides higher performance in a scalable, disruptive sensing technology.
