Abstract

Traditionally, wearers of progressive lenses have needed a period of adaptation in order to optimize their visibility through the different optical zones (Cho & Benjamin, 1998; Shultz, 1983). For many years practitioners have been reluctant to prescribe progressive lenses due to the restricted intermediate area.
