Abstract
Being able to assess, structure and quantify the molecular content of
biological samples in vivo is paramount to improving our understanding of many
diseases. To this end, we have developed molecular imaging true-color spectroscopic
optical coherence tomography (METRiCS OCT), which derives functional information
from the spatially resolved spectral content of scattered and absorbed
light.
