Abstract
We correct two errors in our publication [Appl. Opt. 60, 8896 (2021) [CrossRef] ].

We found two errors in Ref. [1], and the corrections are as follows:
- 1. The ${\rm{y}}$-axis label in inset of Fig. 6(a) should be ${(\alpha h\upsilon)^2}$.
- 2. Figure 8 was given mistakenly during unit conversion. The corrected figure is shown.
Therefore, the $D*$ of the photodetector under 440 nm and 530 nm irradiation in the text should be corrected to ${1.24} \times {{1}}{{{0}}^{11}}$ Jones and ${1.44} \times {{1}}{{{0}}^{11}}$ Jones, respectively, which are still comparable with that of reported literatures in Table 1 even though we tested under a small bias of 2 V.
It should be mentioned that the main results, techniques, and conclusions presented in the published paper [1] would not be affected. The authors regret the careless mistake.
