Abstract

This publisher’s note explains corrections to J. Opt. Soc. Am. A 36, 1267 (2019). [CrossRef]

In [1], several instances of Greek phi and Phi characters were presented in an incorrect form. All such instances have been corrected. In addition, in the math term preceding Eq. (47), the letter “k” has been corrected to “κ.”

The article was corrected online on 8 July 2019.
