Scalable Optical Multicasting and Receiver for Networks- on-Chip

Abstract

We investigate the scalable low-latency multicasting of packets replicated by four-wave mixing and detected by high extinction ratio integrated tunable receivers. Error free transmission of 10Gb/s multicast packets at three different wavelengths was measured.
