Abstract

A magnetic-nanoparticle (Fe3O4@Au) enhanced SPR biosensor is presented. A large sensor response was measured in an immunoassay experiment detecting Interleukin 17A, which is 18 times higher than that for direct format and 3.5 fold higher than for traditional sandwich format.
