Abstract

We firstly demonstrated a long-term stable mode-locked fiber laser at 2 μm based on a black phosphorus (BP) saturable absorber with up to 20 days operation. Electrochemical delamination strategy exfoliation process was used to prepare the air-stable BP flakes.
