Abstract

A passively harmonic mode-locked Er-doped fiber laser based on carbon nanotubes film is demonstrated. The 42nd order of harmonic mode-locking corresponding to 1.15 GHz with 39.17 dB super-mode suppression ratio is obtained for the first time.
