Tunable Semiconductor Metamaterials

Abstract

A semiconductor metamaterial is proposed, and its optical properties of this metamaterial are simulated, and found that it can serve as tunable metamaterials, which will make manipulations of electromagnetic waves more directly, freely and flexibly.
