Observation of Absorption Wavelength Shift by Varying ITO Film Thickness for Hetero-core Optical Fiber Refractive Index Sensor

Abstract

A newly developed optical fiber-based refractive index sensor was proposed using an ITO thin film for practical usage. The proposed sensor had sensitivity using a single-layer film in the near-infrared region.
