Performance Analysis of Polarization Dependent Guided Mode Resonance based All Dielectric Metasurface Sensor for Single-Channel Dual Detection

Abstract

An all-dielectric GMR based metasurface sensor is proposed for single-channel dual detection in visible range for both TE and TM polarization. The FOM for TE and TM modes are 822.09 RIU-1 and 55.22 RIU-1 respectively.
