Restoring Single-Molecule Localizations with Wavefront Sensing Adaptive Optics for Deep-Tissue Super-Resolution Imaging

Abstract

We measured the sample-induced aberration using reflectance signal without resorting to fluorescence detection and corrected it. It enabled deep-tissue single-molecule localization microscopy even when the aberration was too severe to initiate localization.
