Short-IR GW peak power OPCPA system with record average power at 100 kHz for high field physics

Abstract

We report on double-stage OPCPA system generated record short-IR average power of 7.5W and 6W at 1.5 and 2µm respectively, with pulse durations of down to 33fs and GW-scale peak powers. Strategy for achieving multi-10 W of average power is discussed.
