Abstract

A stable multi-octave supercontinuum (SC) is generated in polarization-maintaining ZBLAN fiber using pulses from a master oscillator fiber amplifier. The SC is characterized using a sum-frequency generation cross-correlation frequency-resolved optical gating (SFG-XFROG).
