High resolution laser speckle contrast imaging of cerebral blood flow at microscopic scale during functional activation

Abstract

We developed a high resolution laser speckle contrast imaging system which enhanced the resolution to 4 microns. This allows us to study the hemodynamics to functional activation at single arteriole or venule level.
