Tip-Enhanced Raman Spectroscopy: Focusing in on a Direct Sequencing Method for Oxidized DNA

We report on work toward sequencing of disease-relevant oxidized DNA with TERS. Current results provide exciting evidence of approx. 10 base sequencing resolution for the four canonical bases and oxidized guanine.
