Third Harmonic Generation Textural Analysis of Alzheimer’s Disease Brain Tissues

Abstract

Third harmonic generation microscopy textural analysis is used to differentiate Alzheimer’s disease (AD) stages between 8- and 15-months old AD mice models. Obtained Haralick’s textural features can differentiate these stages with high sensitivity and specificity.
