Inorganic Crystals for Frequency Conversion

Open Access Open Access

Abstract

Bulk organic crystals, including KTP, KNbO3, Mg:LiNbO3, and periodically poled LiNbO3, are known to offer attractive potential for frequency conversion devices. Although problems remain, significant progress has been made in developing these materials for practical application.
