Photo-EMF studies of doped CdTe crystals using low-power IR-laser

Abstract

The low-power IR-laser induced holographic current, using symmetric and titled experimental geometries with two-dimensional electrodes array was realized for CdTe:V(Ti) crystals. Photo-EMF studies were carried out, using the photogeneration of impurity electrons.
