Abstract
We demonstrate second-harmonic-generation (SHG) microscopic imaging on the polyhedral inclusion bodies (PIB) of nucleopolyhedrovirus in living cells. Due to a body-centered-cubic arrangement of polyhedrin trimers, these PIBs generate SHG with polarization anisotropy.
