Abstract

Cr:LiSrAlF6 (LiSAF) laser can be laser diode pumped and oscillates in the near i.r. region, from 780 to 1000 nm.1,2 Recently, a pulsed blue laser based on the intracavity frequency doubling of a Kr-laser-pumped LiSAF laser was demonstrated.3
