Abstract

We present a novel pulsed UV laser direct writing technique called MAPLE DW for the fabrication of electronic devices and structures of biological active species. MAPLE DW (matrix assisted pulsed laser evaporation direct write) is a soft laser forward transfer technique compatible with a broad class of materials (organic and inorganic) that takes place in air and at room temperature.
