Diode Spectroscopy of Isotope Carbon Dioxide with InGaAs/InGaAsP Compressively Strained Quantum-Well Laser

Abstract

We demonstrated a diode spectroscopy system with a compressively strained InGaAs/InGaAsP laser which emits at 2.05-µm wavelength. In this wavelength region, there has been strong absorption lines of 13CO2 and 12CO2 gas.
