New Broad-Spectrum Interferometry for High-Sensitive Measurement

Abstract

Two types of heterodyne broad-spectrum interferometers for high-sensitive measurement are described. One uses two acoustooptic modulators and the other a diffraction grating to provide the optical frequency shift of a broad spectrum of light. The principle and some experimental results are shown.
