Abstract

This paper summarizes the results on structural details and photoluminescence spectra of Mn2+:Zn2SiO4 thin films deposited on SiO2/Si in sol-gel process annealed at 1000°C in different environments (N2, O2 & Vacuum) for their optoelectronic applications.
