Abstract
Oxide plasmonics have r eceived much attention to their new phenomena with potential applications in infrared and near infrared (NIR) wavelength regions. We have explored the potential of oxide-Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR) with ITO and ZnO in the NIR range, and present a new sensor platform on oxide semiconductors. Furthermore, the energy conversion in the in NIR between surface plasmon and exciton has discussed. Here, we will present a new sensing platform in Near-Infrared (NIR) region.
