Improvement of Frequency Accuracy of Spatially-resolved Spectroscopy / Tomographic Spectroscopy

Abstract

Novel calibration method for tomographic spectroscopy with high-depth resolution is proposed. Measured depth resolution has been achieved to 1.1 μm, and the frequency accuracy was improved from 10.6 THz to 0.8 THz by calibration.
