Photonic chip-based resonant supercontinuum generation with intrinsic nonlinear filtering

Abstract

We demonstrate broadband soliton-based resonant supercontinuum generation in a chip-based microresonator. We show that the soliton possesses an intrinsic ability to filter RF noise transfer from the input pulses, which can be further improved with asynchronous driving. © 2020 The Author(s)
