Shape Measurement Technique with Self-correction of Air Refractive Using a Single-color Comb Interferometer

Abstract

We developed a technique for precise shape measurements over a long distance in air. We achieved self-correction of air refractive index fluctuation with 3-µm uncertainty over 61-m using two-color method with single-wavelength optical frequency comb.
