Abstract

The intensity-dependent of the optical nonlinearity of a graphene/Bi2Te3 heterostructure at 800 nm over 10 orders of magnitude were investigated by z-scan technique. The versatile nonlinear absorption behavior was discussed and applied to interpret the reported evolution of pulsed solid-state laser.
