Design and Optimization of Epsilon-Near-Zero Multilayer Structures with Broadband Absorption Performance

Abstract

The absorption bandwidth of the AZO-TiO2 structure is optimized from 483 nm to 628 nm by a modified genetic algorithm. This optimization is appropriate for both normally incident plane waves and obliquely incident polarized waves.
