Yellow-Green Micro-LEDs with Nanoporous Distributed Bragg Reflectors

Abstract

Yellow-green InGaN/GaN micro-LEDs with nanoporous distributed Bragg reflectors emits stable wavelength of 547 nm at high current density and exhibits the highest modulation bandwidth of 442 MHz with a measured transmission rate of 800 Mbit/s.
