Abstract

A simulation study has been performed on a graphene-based silicon hybrid plasmonic waveguide refractive index sensor which can be used for bio-chemical sensing. The mode propagation and characteristics performance of the hybrid modes of the sensor are calculated by varying the chemical potential of the graphene layer.
