Abstract

Here we present the results of investigation of the nonradiative relaxation (NR) rates dependence of the strongly quenched (A ≪ WNR) high-lying 4G5/2 + 2G7/2- multiplet of the Nd30+-ion from the excitation wavelength in the multicenter (SrF2) and disordered (SrF2x:LaF3(1x)) laser crystals.
