Abstract

Nonlinear interactions of two circularly polarized counterpropagating waves in the two-isotope gas active medium placed in an axial magnetic field are investigated on the basis of semiclassical theory. The polarization of the Doppler-broadened active medium is calculated without use of the perturbation theory expansion over the intensity of laser field (that is in the case of the large gain parameter). Difference in relaxation constants of all possible polarization moments is taken into consideration.
