Abstract

A complete analysis of suitable pairs of a rare-gas ion and a metal atom is carried out from the point of view of inversion development by selective excitation of an excited metal ion level due to fast charge-exchange reaction Pairs with small energy defect ΔE for the reactions R+ + MR + M+*, M+*M+ + VCV are selected and analyzed.
