Abstract

One of the important problems in laser design is receiving a laser radiation, correspond to fundamental mode TEM00 of resonator. Different effects prevents formation of such radiation. One of them is heating of laser resonator mirrors under action of radiation. At heating, the mirrors are deformed and a configuration of the resonator and also mode structure of radiation changes.
